VM Drilling Pty Ltd (ABN 63 715 822 855) (“VM Drilling”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal information when you visit vmdrilling.com.au, submit an enquiry or otherwise deal with VM Drilling.

This Policy does not cover recruitment applications or employee records, including employment-related medical assessments, drug and alcohol testing and fitness-for-work records. These records are managed through VM Drilling’s internal employment, safety and workplace procedures.

VM Drilling does not intentionally store its website enquiry or ordinary business records outside Australia.

Information may also be kept for longer where required for legal, accounting, contractual, insurance, safety or recordkeeping purposes.

When personal information is no longer reasonably required, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
