This Rig is contracted out to VM Drilling to operate under their safety management plan.

Rig 8 is a Schramm 450 which has just undergone a comprehensive rebuild and has the full package as far as safety features are concerned, these include:

The rig is mounted on an 8 x 4 International Acco and is a very compact mobile unit. It has a proven track record in the field and is suitable for all styles of R.C Drilling including exploration, grade control, resource definition, water bores etc.

With a depth capability of 300m, Auxiliary / booster to 2100cfm @ 800psi, on board cyclone, and complete electrical shutdown system. This unit is mobile and compact and suited to exploration work
