Management

	Matt May Managing Director With over 13 years drilling experience with various companies within Australia and overseas. Matt is compentant in all aspects of percussion drilling. He has drilled extensively across Western Australia and successfully advanced to management positions through his thorough and diligent approach to the drilling industry. He carries to VM knowledge and experience which can be attributed to the success VM Drilling have achieved since opening their doors in 2004.
	Chris Vollmer Operations Manager Chris has been in the Goldfields for ten years and has earned a respectable reputation as a very profficient RC Drill operator with time at both Layne Drilling and Mckay Drilling before forming VM Drilling with Matt. Chris has bought his expertise in to manage and oversee operations at VM Drilling along side Matt for the past 4 years.

Office Administration

	Kristan Bonser Personal Assistant to Managing Director Kristan takes care of all data entry for the rigs compiling all rig consumables and chargebles to spreadsheets and generates all out going invoices. She is the main organiser of employment of staff and is the event co-ordinator for all VM's activities. She previously ran her own successful franchise business and is now utilising those skills to compliment the VM Management team in maintaining their office space and services to the highest standard. Kristan is competent in all aspects of computer operations and microsoft office.
	Claire Sheppard Senior Office Administrator Claire is the main organiser of travel and rosters for the drilling crews. She also handles all the data entry for the vehilce maintenance and employee training. Claire worked previously as a Account Manager for an insurance broker. She is competent in all aspects of computer operations and microsoft office.
	Christine Otway Front Desk Administration Christine is the first point of call to our office reception, she is responsible for all invoices payable and attending all office phone calls and visits.
	Dave Bowen Bse/Bus, Cpa Accountant Dave has in house control of all VM Drilling finances and brings a broad knowledge of accounting with him, he has worked internationally for some five years including "KPMG" in Singapore for two years before returning to "Ernst and Young" as senior auditor for a year and now settling in Kalgoorlie. He has a firm knowledge of the drilling industry and a good understanding of what is required in our everchanging industry.

Maintenance

Andrew Johnston
Workshop Supervisor

Andrew has been with VM Drilling for the past 3 years. He has extensive knowledge on Schramms, Hydco and Atlas Copco among many other machines. He has been in the goldfields for twenty years and carries an invaluble amount of experience into the field. Andrew has been sent to the Czech Republic for a course on Tatra's (VM Support Trucks) and has formal training regularly on all VM equipment, this ensures VM run maximum machine availability schedules.

Operations

	Brett Antonio Drill Supervisor Brett joined the VM Drilling team in September 2008 to carry out the role of Drilling Supervisor. Brett has an extensive drilling background having previously worked for Layne Drilling, Wallis Drilling and Drillcorp. He has previously drilled and supervised at various sites all over Australia and has proved himself as a valuble asset who is now sought after as a preferred supervisor by clients.
	Grant Carson Drill Supervisor Grant has been operating R.C. Rigs in the goldfields for twenty years and has an extensive knowledge and experience on all types of equipment. Grant is considered our "hands on" supervisor with 100% of his time spent on site at the Rigs teaching VM operating staff profficient methods of drilling. Grant has a proven reputation in the goldfields and is well respected amongst his co-workers.
	Courtney Pacey Senior Driller Courtney has been with VM Drilling for three years during which time he has advanced to senior driller. Courtney has a reputation for following procedures and ensuring everything is in its place. He has easily adapted into the drilling game and has a long successful career to come.
